1. SOCIAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT (Demonstrating value in £s)  NOW FULLY SUBSCRIBED
 Have you heard about social value or Social Return on Investment (SROI) but aren’t quite sure what it means?  Do you know your organisation creates social value but are unsure how to measure it? Then this session is for you!   ( Places limited to 20 attendees)
2. RE-INVENTING YOUR VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT 
This workshop will explore volunteer engagement in today's evolving landscape of volunteer recruitment and retention. We’ll look at why you might need to change your approach, and explore actions you can take straight away to maximise impact through volunteering.
3. VALUING OUR STORIES - THE ROLE OF THE NARRATIVE IN DEMONSTRATING IMPACT
This session will explore the role of narrative in demonstrating impact. Come to this workshop with some memorable moments from your organisation and an open mind - and hopefully leave with some impactful paragraphs.
4.  NOTHING ABOUT US WITHOUT US - THE REALITY OF WORKING WITH CITIZENS IN THE DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF SERVICES 
This session will explore the reality of working with citizens in the design and delivery of services especailly when preparing for funding applications. Attendees should leave with an improved understanding of the benefits of coproduction.
5.  VALUING YOUR WORKFORCE AND VOLUNTEERS - AN INTRODUCTION TO COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP 
The Health and Care Academy presents an Introduction to Compassionate Leadership Behaviours, focusing on the behaviours you should be demonstrating and identifying in compassionate cultures within your organisation, whilst also exploring other personal development pathways available to you.

REQUEST FOR:   DISPLAY STAND (limited spaces)  SORRY NOW FULLY SUBSCRIBED
We are limited in space and this will be first come first served.  
We will confirm nearer the time if you have been able to allocate you a space.

We are able to provide tables for displays (W-121cm, D-61cm and H-70cm).

We would be grateful if you could set up the display stand before the event, between 8.30am and 9.30am, and remove your car to the car park once stall has been unloaded.
Please give brief description of display stand  (SORRY NOW FULLY SUBSCRIBED)
(eg pop-up banner, socket etc) & if you require one of the above tables, so that we can ensure you have enough space
I will not require a display stand but wish to bring small amount of information eg leaflets for display on an existing shared table  
We will provide a spare table for anyone wishing to bring along small amounts of information.  Please give brief description.
